At DeShed Dog Grooming, we want you to feel confident booking our services and purchasing our products. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, returns and exchanges in line with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Grooming Services

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for grooming services due to a change of mind.

Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your dog’s groom, please contact us as soon as possible after your appointment. We encourage open communication and will do our best to address reasonable concerns where appropriate.

Grooming results can vary depending on coat condition, behaviour and individual dog needs, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Refunds for cancelled appointments are not guaranteed and may be subject to notice periods. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings.

2. Dog Treats & Physical Products

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of pet food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for dog treats due to a change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe with details of the issue. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, refund or store credit.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are faulty or not as described, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

4. Proof of Purchase

Refunds or replacements may require proof of purchase.
