Health & Behaviour
For the safety of all dogs and staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a grooming service if a dog displays aggressive behaviour, severe anxiety, or has health conditions that make grooming unsafe.
Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations where applicable.
Results
Grooming results may vary depending on coat condition, behaviour and individual dog needs. By booking a service, you acknowledge that grooming outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Products & Treat Sales
We offer physical dog treat products for sale through our website.
Products are sold for domestic use within Australia only.

Availability of products may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any product order at our discretion.

Payments for services and products are processed via third-party payment providers, including Square. We do not store full payment details.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows (Grooming)
We request reasonable notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

7. Refunds & Returns
